Despite the worst record in Dolphin history, one still remains. The 1972 Miami Dolphins are the only team in NFL history to win all of their games, in a single season, right through the Super Bowl! Bob Griese, Larry Czonka, Paul Warfield, Mercury Morris and the "No Name Defense" remain a historical note. Two recent teams have come close. This years New England Patriots won all of their games except the biggest one. The 1985 Chicago Bears won the Super Bowl and only lost one game all year...........to the Miami Dolphins & Dan Marino.
