Moving In!!!

May 4th:
The moving in process begins around 5 pm.

The apartment begins to fill with our belongings....

It was 8:30 pm before everything was loaded into the apartment and the moving truck was parked out on the street. We were hungry and there was no place to lay our mattress flat, let alone finding our sheets or towels. We locked the door and went to a motel for the night.

May 5th:
Now it begins!

May 7:

These pictures were taken in the early morning so they show 2 days of progress at this point.

Whew! The living room has become tolerable! Places to sit, space to walk!

May 8th:

After 3 days of unpacking, it's starting to look like a home! Again, these were taken in the early morning, and since it was Sunday, not much work was done.

Master Bedroom- We soon put up white sheers on the window. Much nicer!

One can ignore the clutter (for awhile) as long as there's a working TV!!!

May 18th:
Pics taken on May 25th, but we'd progressed to this point about a week before.

No boxes in the living room!!!!!

The guest room was awaiting the arrival of Emily and her mommy and daddy.
