There are 198 units and the tenants range from a few "seasoned" couples to newlyweds, young families and college students.

depth goes from 0" (shown) to max of 3 feet at the other end.

The other pool goes from 1.5 ft to 5 ft. The hot tub is located right behind the waterfall. Our building is shown in this picture, but our apartment is further to the right. We don't have a view of the pool, but we do see the playground.

then end up soaking sore muscles in the bubbling hot tub.
